ABOUT
I am a NYC-based Architectural Designer with a deep interest in how design, in all its forms, engages with historical, social, and environmental context. While I gravitate to projects that reuse and adapt, I am simultaneously captured by the question of how we can build new with these same sensibilities in mind. What can we infer from the world around us to build more thoughtfully? How do we take our current moment of resource scarcity, geopolitical tension, and rapid transformation, as a source of form and idea generation?
I have been a part of travel studios in Venice and London. I have sat on juries at Pratt Institute Graduate School of Architecture, New York Institute of Technology and Lehigh University.
My design portfolio includes international and domestic pursuits in the educational and cultural sector, as well as interior renovations to existing residential and commercial spaces. My experience in working with boutique interior design studios and for award-winning architecture firms has given me the skills to understand space at the material and textural level, as well as at the building-scale level.
